Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress, best known as Joan Holloway. She played her role for seven seasons of AMC's time-travel drama Mad Men from 2007-2015. The series received her critical acclaim as well as six Emmy awards in the best supporting actress category. Through her professional career that spans more than two decades she has also gained recognition for her roles for the TV show Legal Drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama the series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. She is famous for her roles in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey At Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. The voice of her character has been featured in animation films like Toy Story 4, Scoob!, and From Up on Poppy Hill. Her career began as a fashion model, and continued to be a model for several years before she made her television debut in 1999 anthology Undressed. The actress had her first big character in the comedy-drama show Beggars and Choosers. After the show, she was recognized for the part she played on Firefly. Esquire Magazine voted her the most beautiful female in America as well as the sexiest woman across the globe for 2010.
